The website diepretty.store ("Site") is operated by PRETOS MEDIA GROUP LLC, a company registered in the United States of America, with legal representation in Portugal. Contact: business@diepretty.store.
By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use the Site.
The Site offers: live event ticket sales (via alf.io and Stripe), beats for licensing, merchandise, donations, music feature request functionality, artist booking for events (live shows, weddings, parties, clubs), and custom services per offer. All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
All payments are securely processed via Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Tickets are issued electronically with a unique QR code and are non-refundable, except in case of event cancellation by the organizer. For event bookings ("Hire Me"), payment is split: 50% upfront to secure the booking, and the remaining 50% within 15 minutes of the show ending. Promotional codes may be applied at checkout when available.
Beats sold are licensed, not sold in full ownership, except under the Exclusive license. Each license has specific usage terms (streams, distribution, credits). Violation of license terms may result in legal action.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, music, videos, and software, is the property of PRETOS MEDIA GROUP LLC (operating as "Diepretty Mercédes") and is protected by US, EU, and applicable international copyright laws.
Digital services (features, shoutouts, beats) are non-refundable once production begins. Event tickets are refundable only if the event is cancelled by the organizer. For event bookings, the 50% deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 7 days in advance.
The Site is provided "as is." PRETOS MEDIA GROUP LLC does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Under no circumstances shall PRETOS MEDIA GROUP LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
For users in the European Union, these terms are interpreted according to Portuguese law and applicable EU directives. For users outside the EU, the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA apply. Any disputes relating to transactions made in Portugal shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon.
